Our online store accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
We sell gift certificate to the Bay Shop. However, we do not currently accept these as payment in our online shop.

When will my order arrive?
We make every effort to deliver in-stock items approximately 10 business days after receiving your order. For details about special shipping methods, see the Shipping Information chart below.
Shipping Methods
First-Class Mail arrives approximately 10 days after shipmetn. (see below for chart of standard shipping fees.)
Priority Mail arrives approximatley 2 to 3 days after shipment. Add $10 to standard shipping fees. Avilable within the continental U.S. only.
Express Mail arrives overnight from date of shipmetn to most locations. Check with you local Post Office for restrictions. Ass $20 to standard shipping fees. Available within the continental U.S. only.
International orders will be shilled by First-Class Mail. Add $15 to standard shipping fees.

Back-order Items
How long will it take to receive a back-ordered item?
We do our best to process items as soon as they become available. It may take a matter of days or several weeks. Special shipping is for first delivery only. Back orders will not ship Rush or Express Delivery.
Do I have to pay additional shipping costs for a back-ordered item?
We process and ship back-ordered items as soon as they return to stock. You'll be charged for shipping one time, upfront for the entire order.
Return Policy
Returne are accepted for Bay Shop Credit or Exchange only.
All returned merchandise must be in saleable condition, with original tags and packaging. All merchandise must be currently available in our store.
If you are returning the item by mail, for your protection we recommend you insure the package.
Always include a copy of your packing list with a notation indicating:
- The exact nature of the problem
- The corrective action you are requesting (credit or exchange)
- Your daytime telephone number.
If you do not have your packing slip, please also indicate the order number and the name of the person who purchase the order on a separate piece of paper. We will credit the value of the item you were charged.
Note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable, unless the return resulted from our error. Please allow approximately 14 business days after we"ve received your return for the return to be processed.
